Alan Greenspan and the Housing Bubble

This is amazing. Greenspan makes a fair point that if he were to have acted before the housing bubble burst, an incredible amount of criticism would have landed on his head, and honestly, he is right. However, it is his responsibility to act in the best interests of the country and not out of fear for what amount of criticism he may have received.
